JUSTICE STEPHEN BREYER TO RETIRE FROM SUPREME COURT PAVING WAY FOR BIDEN APPOINTMENT, PERFORMATIVE OUTRAGE

Justice Stephen Breyer, one of just 3 liberal justices on the 9 member Supreme Court, will step down at the end of the current term after 27 years. President Joe Biden promised to appoint a Black woman if given the chance and California Supreme Court Justice Leondra Kruger (45) and D.C. Circuit Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson (51) appear to be the early front runners to keep that promise. Either could serve for decades and Democrats want to send a message that they’re done fucking around, so instead of a traditional selection process, the candidates will be put in an abandoned swimming pool and handcuffed together for a knife fight.
